VT PROPERTIES rent a studio in an ideal center. The property consists of an excellently furnished room and a bathroom and toilet. The room is equipped with a TV, refrigerator and is heated and cooled with air conditioning. There are studios with a large bedroom and a desk, and those with two separate beds. Consumables for electricity and water are included in the monthly rent, as well as internet and television.

Cleaning is provided at the request of the tenants for an additional fee.

Every tenant is a bonus 10% discount on consumption in the City Pub restaurant.

The studio is located in the immediate vicinity of the fifth building of VTU, as well as all restaurants, fast food restaurants and shops.
